Return Policy



We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time.  All orders usually take 2-3 business days to ship from our warehouse located in South Florida, with the exception of items that need to be built. Hunting patterns and cerakotes may take an additional 2-3 weeks. We use FedEx for large orders, and parts and accessories are sent via USPS.

If there is a difference between the billing and shipping addresses you will be asked to verify the order. If the order is not verified it will not ship.

All returns must be within (30) days of the item’s purchase date. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) please fill out a warranty/returns form and send it to or please call us at +1 (239) 848-6757 during business hours. Proof of purchase will be required for any return or exchange. Before returning any items, please contact our customer service for a Return Authorization number (RA).  We will not be able to process your return without the RA number. All packages received without an RA# will be refused. Products have to be shipped back in the same condition they were received. We DO NOT accept damaged/used products. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an order is canceled after processing before shipment, a 10% cancelation fee will occur.


We do ship international orders online and by phone.  You Are Responsible For Import Taxes & Duties.
