The MCS Complete Upper is built around a 10.5-inch 5.56 NATO MCS barrel with a carbine-length gas system and a fixed M4-style front sight base, paired with a left-hand MCS Series billet upper receiver and a matched left-handed MCS bolt carrier group and charging handle.
