The MCS 7.5" .300 BLK AR-15 complete upper build offers a robust solution for compact firearm applications with maximum maneuverability. Built around a MCS 7.5-inch H-Bar barrel made from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with phosphate finish for durability and corrosion resistance, this upper delivers reliable performance. The 1:8 twist rate ensures optimal stability for a range of projectile weights from 110-grain supersonic to 220-grain subsonic ammunition, while the pistol-length gas system provides reliable cycling in the compact configuration.
The upper receiver is constructed from Mil-Spec 7075-T6 aluminum with anodized finish for additional resilience against wear. The integrated MCS 7-inch freefloat M-Lok handguard is crafted from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum, allowing for versatile accessory attachment without compromising accuracy. The complete upper includes an AR-15 M4 charging handle and complete bolt carrier group made from 9310 alloy steel with nitride finish for smooth operation. The assembly is capped with a GI birdcage flash hider with 5/8x24 thread pitch, ensuring effective flash reduction for discreet performance in the field.
